How it works
1. Message us (email or DM) with your order number and what you'd like instead — that's the whole form.
2. We arrange a courier pickup from your address. متتحركش من مكانك.
3. Your new pair ships as soon as the courier confirms pickup — with photos before shipping, as always. Refunds are sent once the pair reaches us.
The serious part (zero irony)
✔️ Items must be unworn outdoors, undamaged, and in the original box with all cards and tags.
✔️ Refunds go back the way you paid. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by Instapay or bank transfer within 7 business days of the return reaching us.
✔️ Exchange shipping for a wrong size on our sizing advice is on us. Otherwise, courier fees may apply — we'll tell you the exact number before anything moves. No surprise fees, ever.
✔️ Received a pair that fails the Veracity Standard? That's on us — full refund or replacement, shipping included, plus an apology from whoever packed it.
