How it works
1. Message us (email or DM) with your order number and what you'd like instead β that's the whole form.
2. We arrange a courier pickup from your address. Ω ΨͺΨͺΨΨ±ΩΨ΄ Ω Ω Ω ΩΨ§ΩΩ.
3. Your new pair ships as soon as the courier confirms pickup β with photos before shipping, as always. Refunds are sent once the pair reaches us.
The serious part (zero irony)
βοΈ Items must be unworn outdoors, undamaged, and in the original box with all cards and tags.
βοΈ Refunds go back the way you paid. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by Instapay or bank transfer within 7 business days of the return reaching us.
βοΈ Exchange shipping for a wrong size on our sizing advice is on us. Otherwise, courier fees may apply β we'll tell you the exact number before anything moves. No surprise fees, ever.
